Appearance and size of products

Every effort has been made to represent our items accurately but due to the natural qualities of the materials used, some variations in colour or shape may occur. Unfortunately Mimosa cannot accept responsibility for any variations in the appearance of colour/hue of the jewellery due to the computer equipment or software used by our customers. The dimensions of each piece are recorded carefully in the product descriptions, however these may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of the items. We are happy to create pieces to your own personal measurements at no extra charge to ensure a perfect fit. Please contact us if you require any help or advice.

Price and Payment

All prices are in Pounds Sterling. We accept most major credit and debit cards through our secure payment server and/or Paypal. No credit card details are stored on our database. All deposits paid with respect to placing an order are non-refundable.

Delivery, postage and packing

All pieces ordered from the website are handcrafted to order and prioritised by date of order. Contact me to discuss whether production of a piece can be rushed for you. Speedy service may be available for a fee subject to scheduling, availability of supplies and existing orders. Mimosa is based Buckinghamshire, England. Delivery within the UK usually takes 2- 4 days with Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service can guarantee next day delivery. Shipping is available to any destination. If you require dispatch to a destination other than those offered at the check out a quotation can be provided. Mimosa is not responsible for delivery delays after the date of dispatch that may occur in or outside the UK.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

Mimosa aims to exceed your expectations. Due to the bespoke nature of our designs, where each individual item is created specifically for each order, refunds are only offered in the unlikely event of the piece being faulty. Refunds are given at our discretion, provided that the item is returned in its original condition within 7 days of receipt and prior to your wedding date. This return must be previously arranged with us, either by telephone or email, in order for it to be valid. Orders placed and confirmed by deposit can be cancelled in writing providing no work has commenced on the piece. Deposits for bespoke personalised pieces are non-refundable. If work has commenced prior to notice of cancellation, the full payment becomes due. We do our best to delight every bride and therefore exchanges can be offered at our discretion. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. Mimosa is not liable for failure to deliver goods due to circumstances beyond our control.
